What is Shine?

Shine is an on-site vehicle care amenity designed for multifamily communities. We provide scheduled “Shine Days” where residents receive convenient car cleaning right where they already park, with no disruption to their routine.

How does Shine work at my property?

Shine operates on scheduled service days called Shine Days, typically held multiple times per month. Residents sign up in advance, and our team services vehicles directly in the garage or parking area during those scheduled times.

How is Shine different from a mobile detailer?

Shine is not a traditional mobile detailing service. We are a structured, property-approved amenity with scheduled service days, consistent operations, and a system designed specifically for residential communities.

What is waterless car cleaning?

We use a professional-grade waterless cleaning process that safely lifts dirt and grime without hoses or runoff. This allows us to operate cleanly inside parking garages and residential properties.

Is the service safe for my vehicle?

Yes. Our process is designed for all standard vehicle surfaces including paint, glass, and trim. It is widely used by professional detailers and is safe when performed correctly.

Booking & Service

How do I sign up for service?

Residents can sign up through a property-specific link or QR code provided by their community. Once enrolled, you can select your service and schedule based on upcoming Shine Days.

Do I need to be present during the service?

No. As long as your vehicle is accessible, we can complete your service while it is parked.

For interior services, access may be required. If we are unable to access the interior, we will still complete the exterior service.

Do you move vehicles?

No. We never move vehicles. All services are performed exactly where your car is parked.

What happens if I miss a Shine Day?

If you are enrolled in a recurring plan and miss a service window, you can be scheduled for the next available Shine Day.

Pricing & Plans

How much does the service cost?

Shine offers both subscription-based plans and one-time services, with pricing depending on your property and selected service level.

Most residents choose a monthly plan for consistent, scheduled cleanings.

When am I charged?

Residents are charged after service is completed unless enrolled in a recurring subscription plan.

What’s included in the service?

Services typically include:

  • Exterior hand cleaning
  • Wheel and tire wipe-down
  • Glass cleaning
  • Light interior touch-up (based on package)

Specific offerings may vary slightly by property.

Service Quality

How long does a service take?

Most services take approximately 20–45 minutes per vehicle, depending on the selected package and vehicle condition.

What if I’m not satisfied?

If something was missed, we will make it right. Our goal is consistent, high-quality service across every Shine Day.

Safety & Property Considerations

Is this safe for the property?

Yes. Shine is designed specifically for residential environments:

  • No water usage
  • No runoff or drainage impact
  • Quiet, low-disruption process
  • No equipment left behind

Is Shine insured?

Yes. Shine carries full insurance coverage, including general liability and protection for vehicles while in our care.

Locations & Availability

Where is Shine available?

Shine operates within select multifamily communities. Availability is determined at the property level.

Can I request Shine at my property?

Yes. If your property does not currently offer Shine, you can request it by contacting us. We work directly with property management teams to bring the amenity on-site.
